Controller

Your job will be to:

• Prepare the monthly financial reporting, analyzing turnover, analyzing cost variances (budget vs actual)
• Work with production sub-unit responsibles, do the quarterly budget, explain their monthly figures and propose action to improve operational performance
• Supporting the CFO and the accounting team (and/or finance responsible)
• Participate to the external and internal financial audits
• Update SAP system (standard prices, internal prices, work centers costs, budget figures etc)
• Work on assets, internal orders
• Work on stocks, participate to stock taking

You will report to CFO Kloster and you will also have to liaise with the financial responsible.

Your background and characteristics:

We are looking for someone with a University degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent knowledge gained from work experience. You have previous experience from working with SAP and have a relevant experience from financial controlling and good accounting knowledge, preferably in the industrial sector. You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. As we act in an international setting you need to be fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.

You show a good team spirit and you are curious, open minded, rigorous and with a gemba/problem solving mindset.
